Hello, Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cheryl Loos; I have owned Karl's Flowers & Gifts for the last 24 years. I have worked in the floral industry for 30 years. I live in a small rural community in south Texas. The reason for my letter to you is about a product that I found in a floral trade magazine. The product name is Arrive Alive. The ad was eye catching, so I called the company Mac Technologies for more information and to order the product. You may have heard of this company or you may already use some of their products. They make the Transporter 10 Delivery System.
You can now order the Arrive Alive packaging system from The John Henry Co.I can not express enough the wonderful results that I have gotten using the Arrive Alive packaging. The time, labor and expense of water tubing wrapped floral bouquets has been replaced with this product. We use this product for all of our presentation arm bouquets. Our customers have commented about how well the packaging works and that the flowers seem to last longer. With the bridal styles of hand tied bouquets we can use the Arrive Alive to keep the bouquets hydrated in our coolers and during delivery.
I truly believe that this is the best product introduced to the floral industry since floral foam. The ease of use and results of Arrive Alive are comparable to the replacement of the old fashion floral design method of chicken wire and shredded Styrofoam. If you can remember those days and how things have changed then you need to try this product. Say good bye to those leaky, messy water tubes and discover how great Arrive Alive is and how it can help your business. Im not a salesman or paid representative for this company. I am simply a fellow business person who wants to continue to better the floral industry with knowledge of a great product.I have included an ad and instructions for you.Sincerely, Cheryl Loos
I do not mean to sound like a commercial, but I love your product!!!! I have
been a fan of the delivery cubes since I met you at VPFA years ago. But now, the
new wet wraps are raging!
I have been excited about the Arrive Alive
Packaging sheets since September when I was able to discuss them at SAF’s
Premier Product Showcase. Since that time, we have utilized them on a daily
basis as we get a great deal of walk-in from the university.
Valentine’s
proved the efficiency as well as the value of the product. In year’s past, we
have had backed up lines at the counter as the majority of our walk-ins get
wrapped product for their “sweeties.” We always take this opportunity to up-sell
the product and to sell water tubes for their roses so they stay fresh – this
year, we were ahead of the game: we had our dozen rose bouquets already wrapped
in Arrive Alive Packaging. The customer could pull a bundle of roses, drop them
in the green sleeve and we could have them wrapped, registered and out the door
within minutes.
In addition, those customers getting assorted wrapped
bouquets were assisted just as quickly because of the ease of the wrap versus
multiple tubes per bouquet.
Dorie sent me several cases of the sheets
last fall and I have been taking samples kits on the road when I travel for FTD
seminars – the response is always positive – BUT, there is a downside. The
stores want to get the product ASAP and without paying shipping costs (actual
delivery versus a hidden cost). Is there a way you can get more of this product
on the wholesalers’ shelves? I understand they have a reluctance to bring in new
product for fear of not moving it. There seems to be a “catch 22” – if the
customer doesn’t know about it, they won’t ask for it – but if it isn’t on the
shelf, they can’t buy it. Once the customer knows about it, however – they will
ask for it.
Is it possible to get more of the printed material sent to me
for me–or can I give you addresses of my upcoming shows and have items shipped
there to assist me in not having to fight with extra packages in the airports.
I wish you the best with this product and look forward to using it for many
years.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey D. Corbin

My experience with the Arrive Alive product has been very positive. I find that flower bouquets using this system keep longer than those using tubes and are easier to assemble. It makes assembling a mixed presentation bouquet quick, easy, and efficient.
Also, this system accommodates the larger-stemmed blooms, such as callas and sunflowers, which cannot be put in water tubes. Customers very quickly become aware of the benefits of Arrive Alive, and willingly pay the fee for this convenience.
